1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Holistic Harmony Heals (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website and related services. By accessing the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

•You must be at least 18 years of age to book consultations.

•By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
 

3. Professional Status & Scope of Services

  • Homeopathy: Services are provided by a registered homeopath trained at The School of Homeopathy, Stroud, UK. Consultations are conducted in accordance with professional standards of practice.

  • Herbal Medicine Support: The practitioner has undertaken a course in the foundations of herbal medicine, gaining knowledge in herbal energetics, phytochemistry, and safe practice. This training informs consultations and supports a holistic approach. They are not a licensed herbal medicine practitioner. All herbal guidance offered is educational in nature and intended to complement, not replace, medical advice or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

  • All services are complementary in nature and are intended to support well being. They are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice by a licensed healthcare professional. 

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during consultations​


4. Intellectual Property Rights

•Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and resources, is the property of the Company.

•You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

•Use the website for unlawful purposes;

•Interfere with the security or functionality of the website;

•Misrepresent information during consultations or bookings.

6. Payment Terms

•Fees for consultations are due at the time of booking.

•Payment descriptors will clearly identify the Company on your statements.

•Refunds are processed in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

7. Cancellation Policy

•Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

•Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

•Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the fee.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

•We process personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

•Data is collected solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

•To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

•Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

•These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

•You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute arising under these Terms.

11. Amendments

•We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
•Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
